  • Other conditions

    • In case that the customer does not meet the deadline of Pocket Wifi pick up, the company reserves the right to refund service fee to the customer.
    • In case of overdue return of Pocket Wifi, the company will charge penalty fine equal to the rental rate per day deducted from deposit or charged the extra amount according to the number of overdue date of delayed return.
    • In case that the customer has already completed the service term but unable to return on schedule, e.g. the customer has already returned home yet forget to return the device kit, or has already traveled to the next country, or by any other reasons, please contact our staff in order to return the Pocket Wifi via EMS post. Otherwise, the company shall deem as a lost device and shall charge the cost-based value of the product (in case of delayed return, the company shall charge accordingly and notify to the customers before billing the fines).
